VISA Prepaid Debit Cards

Load the card with your own funds to make purchases anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted. Direct Deposits

Any ongoing, regular payment such as payroll checks, government benefit checks, pension checks, tax refunds, and investment income payments can be direct deposited to your accounts at First Federal. Telephone Banking

With our 24-Hour Super Teller Telephone Banking System, you can use your touch-tone phone to easily access your accounts and retrieve real time balances from your accounts 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Now you can check balances and transfer funds on checking accounts and savings accounts. You can also verify deposits, ATM/Debit card transactions, or checks that have cleared. You can even transfer funds to make a loan payment and check our current deposit rates.

When you call to access your account(s) you will be asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you call, this number will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to enter your own unique PIN number. Please also have your 10 digit account number handy for quick reference. This FREE service gives you the flexibility and convenience to bank from home and keep in touch with your money.

Safe Deposit Boxes

To keep your valuable possessions and documents safe and secure, we offer safe deposit boxes for rent. Each office's boxes are located in the vault and may be rented on an annual basis. The cost varies with the size of the box, but generally runs from $20.00 for a 2 X 5 up to $90.00 for a 10 X 10.

Your safe deposit box rent may be tax deductible.
